Rushed Hour Workout

Final day in Denver before heading out to San Diego tomorrow. We have lots of exciting stuff going on especially with our new Habit Change programs.

Today's workout was rushed, unfortunately, but I did the important work.

1A) Squat
1B) Low Box Jump

2A) RDL
2B) Bulgarian Split Squat

Two more days until the Real Food 21-Day Habit Change starts, so I'll probably have a protein bar and a protein shake today.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:

"What are you doing right now? Why are you doing it?" – Put these questions in an alert that shows up at 9am, 3pm, and 7pm each day. Then take a good hard look at your answers and get back to what really matters.
