Hotel Meathead

Treated myself to a hotel gym Meathead workout today.

1A) DB Incline Press - 4x15
1B) Seated Row - 4x20

2A) Curls
2B) Triceps

Lots of walking through airports today.

And I imagine this will be the last real lifting session for a long time.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
Tighten it up. Be a little stricter. Add more structure to your routine. Push a little harder today. Earn your rewards. You can do this.
