toughest TT workouts

Monday is national 2nd chance day, every week!

Don't think you have to wait until the 'time is right'. It will never be. Start now. As the old saying goes, "The best time to plant an oak tree was 25 years ago. The second best time is now." Get started. Take action today!

On Facebook, a TT reader asked me for my hardest workout ever.

It was tough to pick, but here's my answer:

The most recent hardcore workout I've created is TT Guru Fat Loss - January 2014 workout of the month.

From last year, TT Metabolic Monsters, Feb 2013, was known to be quite intense.

And as for specific individual workouts, try Workout C from TT 2K3, and Workout B from TT Grindhouse. Those are all superintense.

Answer:
You can't force anything on others. Just Live by Example and when people ask you for help, show them what you do. If anything, have them watch this video - www.ANewAmericanDream.com

And that brings me to today's...

Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
Motivation and success can only come from within. You can't rely on someone else. You are the solution to your problems. #NoExcuses2014 #MotivationMonday

If you had a diet disaster this weekend, do NOT worry about it. Don't feel guilty. Don't be embarrassed. We ALL make mistakes and there's nothing you can do about the past. Shrug it off. Learn from it. Fail forward. And keep on pushing on. Never give up on what is important to you. You can and will achieve victory over your stubborn belly fat this time. Use this to do it

Hello Craig!

I tend to agree with you that if we want to change mentally or physically, it starts with our habits. We really need to get stronger with habits. Anyway, I totally like your blog. I find your articles very interesting.
