Holiday Monday Tough Kettlebell Session

Great Thanksgiving dinner last night. Our family always eats the big meal on the Sunday, even though Monday is Canadia's actual holiday.

Today's workout was in the garage...with kettlebells. Double front squats, pullups, swings, snatches, and TRX pushups and rows. Good times.
