Big 3 Workout and Big Event Weekend

Today I had to finish up the manual for tomorrow's TT Master Level Certification program. Then I had to do my daily readings, walk the dog, and fit in a tough workout.

It was Prisoner Squat Jumps, Squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts, and T-bar rows.

Now it's off to Lapeer, Michigan for the Master CTT event. Going to be high-energy and super awesome.

To get this all done, I followed this rule:
"Don't just make a to-do list each day. Set time limits on tasks, mini-deadlines with incentives, to keep you on track."

Do not procrastinate any longer. Just do it. Take action. Far better to suffer through the pain of doing it, than guilt of procrastinating.

And when you get a lot done, you can celebrate, or when you hit a milestone, like this:

We just hit 24,000 Fans on www.turbulencetrainingfanpage.com!

To celebrate...Here's the story of how I lost $75,000 but still won BIG with Turbulence Training:

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
Every decision you make, every action you take, moves you closer to - OR further from - your goals. Choose wisely. Act accordingly.

Know what you want to achieve in life, make a plan, and don't let anything get in the way. Stay strong. Never give up on what is important to you.

Push,

Certified Turbulence Trainer

PS - There is no shortage of folks out there who want to help you reach your goal. Find them! Help them. And they will help you.

And remember...

Most people receive nothing but negatives, that's why, if you lead by being positive, you'll stand out, make an impact, and be remembered. Do something kind for others today.
