Four Minute Workout When You Have No Time

Early flight to New York City today, so there was only time for a 4-minute bodyweight workout at home. Just 8 rounds of punisher squats, that's it.

If you're hard up for time, I've got a quick lil workout for you today. It's short, targets the abs, and doesn't require any equipment. Follow along here:

BTW, here's some great TT Member feedback on that exact 4-minute workout:

"Woke up this morning considering going outside for some training but decided i didn't have time. I had a look on Facebook and saw Craig had posted a 4 minute abs video. I clicked the link and Brian Kalakay started bouncing around and calling bullshit on my excuses.  Ok Brian, I'm up, I'm up. End result - 4 minute workout in my hotel room – Timmy C

And if you have more time, do this 5 exercise circuit to torch calories and crush your cool...like if you like it...or if you curse my name during it

Those workouts will help a lot of people, and if you like that, then you should check out the TT Summit.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
Take full responsibility for your environment and behaviors. Everything you do sets you up for success or puts another obstacle in your way. What simple changes can you make today that will increase your odds of success and reduce the risk of failure?

Because habits are powerful!

“Typically, people who exercise, start eating better and becoming more productive at work. They smoke less and show more patience with colleagues and family. They use their credit cards less frequently and say they feel less stressed. Exercise is a keystone habit that triggers widespread change.” – Charles Duhigg
