Now for today's www.SuccessQnA.com

Q: How do you go about actually that info product that you've been wanting to create for so long?

Answer:
Create an outline. Fill in the sections. Done. STOP PROCRASTINATING. Listen, you just have to glue yourself to a chair and get it done. Or, if filming, invest $300 or so (NON-refundable) and rent a hotel conference room on a certain date. Then film the content there. If you don't film it, you lose $300. There's nothing stopping you but yourself, and that's a pretty flimsy excuse. You can do it. Just get it done. You can always make it better.

Q: What do you do to "turn your brain off"? Even when I'm supposedly relaxing, ideas are running through my head and I seem to not shut down. In other words, I can't seem to find my "off" button. - Mike

Answer:
Mike - You do a brain dump at the end of your work session. So let's say you promise the wife and Champ that you're done working at 5:30pm. At 5:25 you grab a blank piece of paper (or word document) or write down everything in your head. Fast and furious. Then you're done. Combine that with a "mindset shift ritual" - perhaps a glass of unsweetened iced tea - that signals "End of word day - NO MORE WORKY!". The brain dump + ritual = relaxed mind that can focus on family time. (You'll get the odd idea here and there, but you'll be much better at "being present where you are" with this approach). Great question. I've been working with many coaching clients on the exact same thing.

"We can't become who we need to be by remaining who we are."

Never quit. If you stumble, get back up. What happened yesterday no longer matters, so get back on track on move closer to your dreams and goals.
