Classy Craiggy in San Diego

Friday was a late night in San Diego with Matt Smith, Bedros Keuilian, and 30 awesome personal trainer friends of mine. We had a great dinner at Donovan's Seafood restaurant.

We ended up going to Donovan's for dinner five nights in a row. If you go there, get the sea bass...after you train at Fit Athletic, of course.

This morning I did one more workout at Fit Athletic before flying back to Toronto today.

My training: Power Cleans, box jumps, deadlifts, front squat, good mornings, TRX ab fallouts. Great gym. Stay classy, Fit Athletic.

See you in June at the TT Summit

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
Make today the day you finally leave a bad habit behind. Tell the habit "It's me, not you" and kick it to the curb for good.

There's nothing that can be done about the past – you can only improve the way you do things in the future. Take time today to plan and prepare for your future while enjoying where you are in the present.

"The best way to get started is to get started. Life rewards action…not reaction. Wait for nothing." – Kekich Credo #81...

...Don't wait to change. Don't wait until tomorrow. Just do it. It's less painful to do it than it is to sit around and think about it or feel guilty that you haven't started yet. Once you get started, things will get done.
