Meathead History Lesson

Today's workout in the small, but good enough gym at Mandalay Bay included pulldowns, cable rear delts, db rows, cable lateral raises, db triceps, and shrugs. This is the last easy workout before moving back to heavy lifting.

It was also the last workout before I move on to "beautiful Golden, Colorado in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains" (bonus points for knowing where that reference came from).

Here's the answer:
The old "EAS" Muscle Media audio tapes that used to feature Bill Phillips or Anthony Almeida being interviewed about supplements. The narrator would always start, "From beautiful Golden, Colorado in the the foothills of the Rocky Mountains...". And that's today's Meathead History lesson.

Today's FB QnA:

Q: I am in week 6 of 247 fat loss and after the 8th week I want to focus on muscle growth before doing another round on 247. What is your advice. BTW I have dropped 11 pounds since thanksgiving by adding the plan to my boot camp centric routine.

Answer:
