Condo Gym Leg Workout

I'm sore this morning from another workout in the condo gym here at Joel Marion's place in Tampa. It was different than my normal heavy barbell squat or deadlift training.

I did a high-rep lower body workout. Started with DB goblet squats, and included DB reverse lunges, ball leg curls, and db step-ups. It's not bad for a change up, but I am looking forward to getting back to the barbell on Saturday.

This workout also included a long warm-up and torso training basics like the plank and bird dog.

Later in the day I experienced a few hilarious Marion Family stories. First, they let me babysit. Technically. There were other people in the house, but I was in charge of lil Lilly Marion (only 9 months old!) for 10 minutes.

There was no crying.

And she didn't cry either.

Haha. Then at night, after we were done working on the www.247FatLoss.com website and community area, I left Joel snoring on the couch while I finished
a few emails at the Marion family dinner table. He had only slept about 2 hours a night for the last 4 nights getting everything ready for www.247Fatloss.com. The guy can snore like a champ.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
Change your mindset. You are a person who can and will succeed. Truly believe.

"Fill your life with positive expectations. Demand the best. Attitude and desire contribute to 90% of your achievement." – Kekich Credo #86

Drop the negatives. Hang around positive people. And most importantly, believe in – and expect more of – yourself.

‎"Pull out a piece of paper and write down 10 things you're doing that you really should NOT be doing because they're robbing you of productivity and
leverage, and they're not the highest and best use of your time." - Joe Polish, in today's issue of www.earlytorise.com on productivity.
