Cleaning up the messes in your life

Today started with a rainy dog walk, but was followed up by an excellent
meathead workout.

Neutral grip pullups, overhead press, Wide grip row, dips, curls, shrugs. Fun, but not a personal best performance. Now for another dog walk in the rain.
