First Leg Workout Back in Canada

I lost 5 pounds in Europe, both fat and probably some lower body muscle. So no records today in my first real workout back.

The workout was:

1) Squat

2) Deadlift

3A) Lunges
3B) Leg curls

4A) Planks
4B) Ball pikes

On an unrelated dog note, he stinks. Really bad. Can't figure out what he got into though. Good thing we don't have email smell-a-vision.

On another unrelated note, I watched Apocalypse Now for the 1st time...now I see where Death From Above 1979 got their name. Interesting.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
