Push-Pull Workout

Good workout today...

Bench (5x5)
External Rotations (3x10)
Overhead Squat (3x3)
Wide Grip Seated Row (3x12)
Cable Abs (3x10)
Close-Grip Pushups (100)
DB Curls (4x8)
