Saturday Kettlebell Workout

Achieved a new personal best in my workout today, doing 15 Kettlebell Snatches per arm with the 70lbs KB. Followed that up with sets of 10, and then a set of 20 with the 53 lbs kb, and then a 3-minute arms workout (using the 2x8 system) with the 35lb kettlebell.

But shhhhhhh! Don't tell the kettlebell guys I was doing arm exercises with kettlebells. I don't want them to get their Kosovorotkas in a knot.

After the kettlebells, I ran some intervals with Bally the Dog.
