1st new zealand workout

Just got in rom my first new zealand workout. We did 12-15 differnent bodyweight exercises out by the pool here at a friends' aprtment in auckland. We also filmed two video clips.

Probably should grab some sleep - up for 27 hours now - caught up on my movie watching on the plan from LA to NZ...taking in 5 flicks.

Rest, then hopefully beach bodyweight training tomorrow when we head to Tauranga.

Still eating well, travel can't get in the way of good nutrition habits,

No Napier...just Auckland, Tauranga, and maybe Hamiltron.
